Robert C. Flowers, Jr.

An artist from the mountains of South Western Virginia,  Robert realistically portrays the stark,  yet subtle feel of the rural south.  His love for the Blue Ridge Mountains and their surroundings has inspired him throughout his career.  His award winning water colors can be found in numerous corporate and private collections around the globe and have been exhibited in New York,  London and throughout the Southeast.

Robert's work has been selected by the North Carolina Wildlife Federation's successful print of the year program on several occasions and the North Carolina Game Commission for the NC Sportsman's Stamp and Duck Stamp.  Wildlife in North Carolina Magazine's education program, Project Wild has utilized Robert's work in a successful fund raising campaign.  His paintings are featured in wildlife calendars,  magazine articles and covers.  Robert's popular artistic creations have been used in  support of the National Wild Turkey Federation, Ducks Unlimited, Quail Unlimited, the North Carolina Bowhunters Association and the Rocky Mountain Elk Foundation.
